I was born on November 6, 1970 in Fairfax, Virginia.

I moved to the suburbs of the San Francisco bay area when I was 2, and have lived near San Francisco since then, with the exception of three years I lived in Cleveland (1980-1983).

I am single, having never married. 

I have been working in the internet industry since 1995.

I have been an avid reader of SF and fantasy since I was 12.  The first book I read by OSC was Ender's Game, which I read in 1986.  I became an instant OSC junkie.  I have since read many other works of OSC.  My favorite book of his (so far) is "Wyrms".
